Do you know what your current deliverability rates are, how many email’s was delivered and how many wasn’t? Whatever Email marketing tool you are using, you have to have insight into these data:
- Number of send Emails (Written as number (not percent), that tells you how many Email’s was actually send.)
- Number of delivered Email’s (This data tells you how many of send Emails actually arrive to destination.)
- Number of bounced Emails (The difference between number of send Emails and number of delivered. It tells you how many Emails did not arrive to its destination and what was the reason.)
- Number of opened Emails (This data tells you how many recipients opened your Email.)
- Number of clicks (Tells you how many times links inside Email was clicked and by who.)
- Number of unsubscribes (Tells you how many recipients unsubscribe.)
- Number of complaints (Tells you how many recipients complain on your Email. Reasons for such action is many, but most common one is that you send your Email to those who did not give you the permission to do so.)
