Sending email campaigns?

What should you consider when sending HTML email campaigns?

  • If you are sending email messages via you own server, your internet service provider may block your account because of to many emails being sent in a short time. When you reach your monthly bandwidth the ISP may even disable your account.
  • If you are sending a large number of email messages only occasionally and only from one IP address, the email firewall and ISP may accidently block your account.
  • If you are sending email messages from your home computer, it is possible you are connecting to the internet via ISP. If you and your ISP don’t have an agreement on a static IP, you are probably sending your messages from a dynamic IP address, what is not recommended because it appears as if the messages are being sent from an “abducted” home computer.
