Termination Policy by SquizMAIL

SquizMAIL will terminate agreement and will not refund remaining credit in case of anti-spam rules breach or any other breach of positive regulations and laws.

SquizMAIL will terminate agreement and will not refund remaining credit in case of abuse of the system – such abuse can be determined as: sending to whole database of contacts everyday messages, which look as spam.

Also SquizMAIL will terminate agreement without refund, if customer causes Spam listing in any relevant spam directory or in case of multi complains of the customers, indicating, that mails were not sent to opt-in customers of client (bought contact list).
